Quantity Discounts

All systems must have a minimum of 3 standard seats.

Quantities are calculated on a per physical location basis. Some exceptions may apply. Ongoing remote programming of the phone system, button features, etc. are included in these monthly rates. Based on the time needed to implement, we may quote an initial setup fee based on $150.00 per hour to setup call flows, auto attendants, etc. Please ask your representative for details. Unlimited calls to the continental US inbound and outbound are also included as long as the business primary function is NOT a dedicated outbound call center. International calling is quoted on a per minute basis per country and is additional to the monthly charges.

Standard Seat

A seat is defined as a user extension that an actual person sits at regularly. The phone is named for that person or departmental location.

3 to 5 $19.00 ea.
6 to 10 $18.00 ea.
11 to 20 $17.00 ea.
21 to 30 $15.00 ea.
31 to 40 $14.00 ea
41 up $13.00 ea.

Guest Seat

A guest seat is when where a person is not assigned and there is no voicemail for the location. Typical uses would be a lobby phone, break room phone, hallway phone, etc.

1 to 10 $15.00 ea.
11 up $13.00 ea.

Phone System Cloud Server

Choose one of the below – one is required per system

Shared: 1-25 Users: $20.00 per month
Dedicated 1-25 Users: $45.00 per month
Dedicated 25-50 Users: $60.00 per month
Dedicated 50-100 Users: $85.00 per month

DIDs, Private Numbers, Departmental Numbers

Each system includes one number, additional phone numbers are billed per month as follows:

1 to 5 $3.50 ea.
6 to 10 $3.00 ea.
11 to 30 $2.50 ea.
31 to 40 $2.25 ea
41 up $2.00

Toll Free Numbers

These numbers are available, and are $5.00 per month plus 2.5 cents per minute

Fax Line

For hardware-based legacy fax machines

1 to 10 $15.00 ea.
11 up $13.00 ea.

For virtual fax line via portal

1 to 10 $12.00 ea.
11 up $10.00 ea.

Cell Phone App add-on to Standard Seat

1 to 10 $5.00 ea.

Internet Phone Lines (SIP Trunk) used with Legacy Phone Systems

There is a minimum of 4 channels per system. You can have up to 24 channels in a system. Channel capacity may depend on current licensing and hardware available on your current phone system. Add multiple 2 channel line items as needed to reach your requirements – we can help you decide what is appropriate.

4 Channels (concurrent calls) $96.00 per month for first 4 channels
2 Additional Channels $44.00 per month

Onsite or remote installation and initial setup charges (quoted)

$150 per hour plus travel if onsite

MoH (Music on Hold) or CoH (Commercials on Hold) used with Legacy Phone Systems

There is a one time fee of $299.00 for setup of the music on hold device (do it yourself) This covers use of our hold music player and cable adapters to hook up to the audio in of your phone system. We also provide phone support to get you going quickly.

The media files are digital, ensuring the highest quality experience for your customers. We also adjust the volume level for best listening.

Quarterly Charges:

For monthly media changes and rental of our equipment: $90.00 per quarter – does not include productions
For up to 3 media changes per year and rental of our equipment: $50.00 per quarter – does not include productions
Fees are billed quarterly in advance to your credit card. You can cancel at any time with a 30 day written notice and return of our equipment.
Ask us for charges when we will be producing the content for the media files. Rates depend upon complexity, frequency of content changes and the length of the audio file.
