Business Continuity – Failover if Internet or power go down. We are proud to be one of the few companies offering this service at no additional charge. Simply let us know what you would like to happen. It can be an auto attendant that allows users to make choices for the Service department, Sales group. or just leave a message. Our cloud based system will call a designated cell phone in the relative department, an answering service, or one of your other locations. Overhead Paging – Can connect to external paging speakers – If you have an existing wired paging system, our PLUS system, along with an adapter, can connect to your current wired paging system. A button on your phone will access the wired paging system. Any phone paging will be done from a separate button. Cost of Hardware – The up-front cost for phones is quite low when compared to a traditional onsite PBX.
